Cosmas 1.2.0

In English the app is now called Cosmas, in Czech Kosmas (after Cosmas of Prague). Your data, install folder and settings stay where they were.

• Updates inside the app – Cosmas checks for new versions after the start and every 12 hours, shows Update x.y.z in the title bar, downloads the installer in the background (resumable), verifies its SHA-256 and installs it with one click (Restart and install). Stable or beta channel, skip a version, or turn automatic checks off.
• Send feedback / Report a bug from the ? menu in the title bar: bug, idea, question; optional log (redacted), screenshot and system info, with a preview of exactly what is sent. Works offline – the report is sent later. After an unexpected error the app offers to send a report.
• Settings in sections with a side menu: General, Library, Player, Moments & events, AI, Web & sync, Data & backups, Privacy & diagnostics, Keyboard shortcuts, About. Everything saves at once.
• Automatic backups of the catalogue (daily, newest 7 kept), Back up now, Restore…, Export as JSON…, cache sizes and cleanup.
• New options: start minimized, keep running in the notification area, look for new recordings every N minutes, continue videos where you left off, jump lengths for the arrows, volume up to 200 %, software video decoding, frame by frame with , and ..
• A log file (logs\cosmas.log in the data folder) and Copy diagnostics.

• Installer: Cosmas-Setup-1.2.0.exe; shortcuts are named after the installer language (Cosmas / Kosmas) and replace the old "Kosmas" shortcuts.

Kosmas-Setup-1.1.0.exe (below) – 64-bit Windows 10 (1809+) / 11. It installs per user, without admin rights. If you have 1.0 (Kronikář), it updates that install in place and your data stays.

• Sign in with Discord and sync with the web chronicle at gingygames.com/kosmas. There's no token to copy: your browser opens and you click Allow.
• Share characters, factions, places, events and moments: Only me, Anyone with the link or Public.
• Use on Discord: puts a character on the community bot as a card.
• English interface. It switches to Czech automatically on a Czech or Slovak system (Settings → Language).
• Test data: mark records as test. They are hidden unless you show them, they never sync, and you can delete them all at once (after an automatic backup).
• Safer first start: an installed copy finds a catalogue from an earlier copy, asks you, and copies it without touching the original.

Fixes

• "Moment" is used consistently (instead of "bookmark").
• Correct dates and game names for Medal files whose game name ends in a digit (e.g. Red Dead Redemption 2).
• Settings show the real data folder.
• Fixed avatar initials, the event tabs next to the player, the user bar counts after a scan, and the shortcut hints.

• Přihlašuješ se přes Discord, bez kopírování tokenu.
